suffring from gas problem

Hi,

I am 27 year old suffring from gas problem,
I never used drink & any spice food. Also I am going stool twice & thrice in the morning. when i eat something in morning pain start in my lower adbmn. I am using nux vom 200 for long time bt no relife. pls suggest

nat sulph 6x ,5 tabs 3 times a day.

lycopodium 200 ,5 pills ones in three days.

feed back after 4 days.
