High Blood Pressure and Iron Deficient AnemiaHello:
I have high blood pressur for a number of years now - even though I am a vegetarian and only eat fresh cooked foods and no junk.
Also, I posted here on my iron deficient anemia with all my other symptoms, i.e. depression, lethargy, fatigue, no energy at all, no motivation.
I was told by two of you to take Ferrum metallicum 3X three times a day and natrum muriaticum 1M once a week - am waiting for the remedies.
Now, as I have been reading some posts on high blood pressure, well what should I do for that - I am sick and tired of taking these drugs and they do nothing for my blood pressure and make me sick. My blood pressure is always high.
Question: Can I treat my blood pressure, anemia and depression all at once.???
Please tell me what to do - I am so sick of being sick for so many years - I sometimes wish I would die - it is not worth living if YOU ARE NOT LIVING - at least, that is my opinion.
Please help me - I want so much to get my health back and be able to live well for whatever years I have left - I am all alone in the world - my family have all died and it is so tiresome, physically and mentally always trying to get your health on track.
Please give me advice on the remedies. Thank you.
Blessins of the Universe to you all for your help.

Sorry, if I sound so pathetic - I am a very strong person by nature (a Taurus astrologically) and am pretty persistent.
But, life has been so unfair to me - although I am grateful for what I do have.
I am 56 years old - female - live in the USA - Northeast - florida for about 6 years and now back North again.
I have had "chronic fatigue" for many years - I think it started when a doctor gave me a flue shot, twice in ten days - I never seem to have recovered from that flu...
I am severely fatgued - have had on a number of occasions extremely low hemoglobin and iron but have been able to bring them back up - don't know what they are now -
I am always so tired - emotionally drained and physically aged before my time. I was always full of energy and very bright - I have had high blood pressure for many years now in spite of the fact that I am a vegetarian, never eat out - cook my own meals - eat no junk - drink no junk and do not take prescription drugs - except now, for the high blood pressure medications which I want to get off of.
I have suffered so much depression - my mother died years ago but I had my brother - we were so close - he was not only my brother, but like a father (my father died when we were young) and he was my very best friend in the world.
He died unexpectedly in his sleep four years ago. I literally cried rivers of tears over his death every single day for three years, non-stop. It was as if someone had taken away the "rug out from under my feet" as we say here in the U.S. I have finally been able to get past his death and have only occasionally cried momentarily over the last year - I close the door to all memories - it is the safest way to get through life.
But, in spite of all this I am by nature and go-getter - I had and have goals and desires which have little by little diminished in importance in my life as one year passes into the next.
I have lower back pain - my mother died of ovarian cancer - my father of a cerebral hemmorage - my brother had meningioma; he had seizures and died in his sleep, probably from a seizure - they found him face down in his bed.
I have had the opportunity these years to observe the world more closely and as such do not like people very much, the more and more I see. I am an animal lover - love mother nature and all HER children and will leave everything I have to an animal sanctuary.
I am bitter about my life - very bitter - I am very angry also - I believe very much in destiny and, as the ancient Greeks believed, that it is written for you before you are born. I have seen proof in my life many times.
So, I am very angry and bitter of the destiny "that was given to me" - ... what can I say!!
Deoshlok, if I have a CHOICE, I NEVER, EVER, EVER WANT TO COME BACK TO THIS LIFE AGAIN, EVEN IF I WERE TO BE PROMISED A WEALTHY, FABULOUS, HAPPY LIFE. NEVER!!!
So, Deosholok, if I could just get my energy back, my blood pressure down to normal without drugs and my "brain" to shift into "an achievement and energy mode", well at least that would be a good start - I must do what I can to make some money so that I do not end up in the streets - I have no one in my life to look after me but myself, so if I had my health, I would work hard to insure my future for however many years I have left.
My belief system is "New Age" (do not believe in organized religion anymore, i.e. christianity, etc.) and I try to use visualization, etc. but when you have no energy and a million other health problems which keep you "immobilized" even using mental energy can be exhausting, as I am sure you already know.
I apologize for the lengthy "book of my life" - any help on your part will be so much appreciated and I will light a candle and wish for you to receive back a million-fold from the Universe.

I do not believe in any "lord" - AND,,, I think YOU are the one who should "have an open mind" - clearly, that is quite obvious !!!
How dare you!!!!

Sorry that I offended you on my religious "imposition".
You know that I don't know you, I don't sell any products or services and I only dare to care for you.
You were correct to state that I "... should have an open mind..." I don't dispute that and I am still trying to be open mind about my life and health issues.
I also agree with you that drug(s) is not the way to go.
If you want help with reducing high blood pressure, here is a drink proven by my inner circle of friends:
The ingredients are all vegetables. They are the followings:
>1-2 Celery Sticks
>1/2 Sour squash (a.k.a. bitter squash or bitter gourd)
>1 Green apple
>1/2 Big green pepper
You blend it into liquid form - roughly one cup 8 oz. You can drink it three times a week for two weeks and then down to two times a week for
another two weeks; then one per week for a month.
"...Yes, it chopped my cholesterol by almost half after three months and my blood pressure was lower as well..."
Indeed, I dare to care!
