Gum surgery and bone graft ; how to avoid

A periodontist examined my teeth and has recommended an osseous gum surgery on the front canine (tooth 24) and a connective bone graft on another front tooth (22) due to a 7 mm recession and bone loss. Is there a homeopathy medicine which can help reverse bone loss and to avoid gum surgery. The dentist also noted some pus in the gum area. I am 44 years of age - male

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If there is no looseness in teeth then don't go for gum surgery at this time.

Pus indicates poor hygiene.

As a first step, get deep cleaning done and then embark on good dental hygiene habits (brush correctly and then floss, twice a day). Get an electric tooth brush & Waterpik if you can afford one.

With your age we may not get the bone back but further loss can be stopped with proper hygiene, diet & exercise.

If needed homeopathic intervention can be done if above steps don't fix everything.
