Cataracts early stage

Today I went to the ophthalmologists for my annual control. He told me that I have Cataracts early stage in my right eye. He also said that I suffer from dry eyes and allergy (?).
I feel I have something like sand in my eye, specially when at bed I turn to the right side with my right cheek on the pillow. The internal corner of the eye looks red, always in the morning and I feel my eyes dry.
Previously I had contacted you because my right eye was twitching and the cure you gave with Sepia worked out.
Please, let me know what is the remedy for me now.

you worked with Kadwa earlier. Kadwa is not on here everyday.

On your old thread where he recently prescribed Sepia- he will get email
alerts bc he responded to you. On this thread he probably will not
see it.
