Hyperpigmentation

Looking for a skin remedy for hyperpigmentation. I have brown, discolored arms that a a weird pattern going from my wrist to on my right arm near the elbow. Have a slight discoloration on my neck. Of course the sun makes it worst. Is this a fungus? Looked in the Materia Medica as well as the Homeopathic Medical Repertory by Robin Murphy and I can't find a remedy to match. No other symptons exist or senstitivities.

Many years ago. I am now 57. It seems to have just grown on my arm, so to speak. It began with just a little bit and now as said, it goes from my wrist almost to my elbow.

I only take blood pressure medicine. (Altace) I usually only take homeopathy. Of course through the years I did take antibodics for strep throat. Not very often though maybe 3-4 times in 20 years. I have had this on my arm for about 17 years. (Only arms)Every year it gets worse. Probably because of the exposure to the sun. I stay out of it as much as possible but it is difficult since it is your arms. I live in NY so it isn't like living in Florida or California.
