Vaginal TearsI find that when I eat too many sweets and starchy foods, I get these painful tears. When I start eating healthy balanced diet with fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains, protein...they go away! Yoghurt is a plus, make sure though it has live cultures, maybe try Dannon plain with some fresh berries or nectarines & a drizzle of honey. Also good to heal internally is to take acidophilus powdered capsules (refrigerated) on empty stomach before meals, 400 IU of dry form vitamin E, twice a day & 1000 mg of powdered capsules form of vitamin C, twice a day. Get your stress in check, take some long walks, exercise, make your list of destress things to do! Homepathic remedies are good too!
Externally, try taking a sitz bath in warm water with epsom salt in it. Then apply Boiron Calendula Gel to the area. It will help it heal. Apply after restroom calls also. I do not use a cortizone cream there, because I heard this can thin the skin and you do Not want that to happen! If you are nearing menopause, maybe have you estrogen levels checked, I heard that lower levels can cause vaginal dryness via tears! And if you find it is that, try Estroven. Once tears are healed, make sure you use a good lubricant (Surgilube or Astroglide or K-Y Jelly) for lovemaking. I hope this helps. It helps me.
