Bleeding piles

Dear there is bleeding since long time about 12 yers with contupution and now constipution is in normal due using of Fiber Ispaghol in very hot water and bleeding was stoped but now again bleeding started plZ recommend me any mrdicine.

Sulphur 30. Morning emptyy stomach nux vom 30 evening time for five days .Hemmamellis 30 twice daily for 7days.
