Old injury-shoulder dislocation

I have dislocated my right shoulder for 7 times, the last time being 3 years back
the reason was I was doing lot of judo and basketball and did not take the prerequisite rest and medicaction
even the MRI shows normal now
but I am unable to use the right arm for lifting weights, stretching the hand for some time and feeling weakness in my right shoulder due to exposure to cold, using the hand quite often
kindly please let me know what medicine to take

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hey there,
I had the same problem. Though dancing and general wear and tear my shoulder eventually was useless. I then had an operation to 'fix' it but it fact it made it worse. I couldnt lift a paper for more than 10 secs. Psyhio did help a little but not a great deal and i found that the 2 most helpful things, swimming and this medicine called Glucosamine (thats the ingriedent) there is the tablet form and the liquid but the liquid is much better. My shoulder hasnt fully recovered due to my stupidity of return to normal activity too quickly but this medicine is the bomb!
Try it and let me know
