The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Worst feeling, panic, agoraphobic, fear of dying.

I am Male, 22 yo.

Main suffering:
Fear of fear, Fear of panic itself made me panic. Cant go/drive anywhere without someone that i know and trust(fear of beign alone).

Ultimately, this is because a Panic Attack is such a terrifying experience that we are motivated to do anything we can to avoid any additional attacks. The problem is that its this effort to restrict ouselves to prevent further attacks that create the problem of Agoraphobia.

I having huge weight loss.

I felt that i am going to die during panic attack, seeking for help, lose control.

The wosrt momment is when nobody that i know at my side.

Ive tried some natural remedies before such as, skullcap, inositol, tian wang bu xin dan, passion flower, chamomile tea, but it seems nothing positive or negative happend.

I heard that homepathy is good, by doing a lot of research i found that Arsenicum Album and Phosphorus is the best option. Which one should i choose? Any other suggestion? Let me know. Tq.

Can you describe your likes and dislikes, your typical habits, personality etc.

What kind of a person you come across as with your friends and colleagues?

What kind of food makes you feel worse in general?

Are you the kind of a person who would become restless and get worried with every drop of a hat?

You could try just one dose of ARS ALB 10M.

rishimba 9 years ago
What do you mean by one dose? Is it one per day, and for how many days? What is the correct dosage Recently i ordered 30c one. Any way 30c can match 10m. Let me know.

Thanks a lot!

You should take just one dose on a single day.

Such mental symptoms cannot be addressed in the long run with low potencies.

One dose of a high potency dose will keep you well for long.

You may ask the shop to prepare one dose of ARS ALB 10M and give it to you.

Typically, it would be some 3 drops of remedy in about 5 ml of water.

I doubt you will get the remedy in pellet form. Number of pellets isn't important. Just a couple of pellets ( 2 nos.) kept under the tongue or dissolved in 5 ml of water will be one dose.
