low iron count with pregnancy
Hello I am pregnant and have very low iron count. Can anyone tell me what I can do? I don't want to take the iron pills because they cause constipation and I already suffer from that. Also I have a high white blood cell count that is going up, I am very worried about that. My doctor can't do too much but I am worried about that also. Any replies I would appreciate.
