varicocele and fluroric acid

hey i recently had a varicocele emobolization, which worked quite well and removed about 60 percent of the swelling. im now looking for a treatment to get rid of the rest of the swelling. I have heard good things about fluric acid, billberry and horsechestnut. can anyone describe their experiences and if any of these treatments work
