I need facial skin thightening homeo medicine.

Hello,
I am 39 male.I seriosly need face tightening homeo medicine to improve my face texure and puffy eyes.
I know here are many good doctors on the forum.
I cannot live with hanging facial looks.So plz help me any doctor to look my face young and tight facial skin..

Do you have any other health issues?

Do you drink enough water everyday?

Do you crave or use a a lot of salt?

What do you mean by puffy eyes? is this fat accumulation, or is it
due to allergies, lack of sleep?

The skin reflects many internal imbalances or lack of
absorbing nutrients from food.

weight 98 kg

from last 3 years weight is stable between 95 and 100 kg

Do you have any other health issues?
No

Do you drink enough water everyday?
i think not enough but try to drink enough

Do you crave or use a a lot of salt?
I dont use lot of salt but my eating habits are like i want eat every delicious recipe

What do you mean by puffy eyes? is this fat accumulation, or is it
due to allergies, lack of sleep?

I accept that i shall have had a tough exercise daily but couldnt manage to do so.
Now i have started daily exercise and loosing weight weekly.My overall body texture is srinking now.But i must say that aging effects over my face and wrinkle over forehead specially anger lines and hanging texture of my face with double chin is quite disturbing.
I believe that it is right time to loose weight keep up with daily exercise to loose weight.
But i found out that my facial skin needs to tightened and its only possible in homeo treatmenbt to treat my forehead wrinkles,hanging facial skin and to treat puffy eyes.
So plz Dr help me in this regard to minimise aging effects specially over my face..

Hi-

1.Homeopathic medicines are 'for illness' ,but you can take cell salts which
is known as biochemic or Dr. Schuessler tissue salts to balance out your cells.
(Other people reading: if on a remedy do not take cell salts while on your
remedy unless you ask your prescriber as you can interfere with your treatment)

2. I can tell you some cell salts to help with skin and weight but if it is possible
perhaps you could upload some pictures of parts of your skin on here. If you
can't figure out how to do that- you can click my name and email them to me
if that is easier to do.

3. You have not lost a lot of the weight - yet. So this seems to be just excess
fat going on right now. Here are some suggestions.

1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day to keep your skin hydrated.
2. Make sure you get at least 56 grams of protein that is good lean protein a day
in your diet as protein is the building block of skin and muscle-If you have
enough protein, your cravings for many things will not be there.
3.Eat things that really nourish the skin every day.
Flax seeds or flax seed oil, 5 walnuts from the shell,salmon if you can get it,
blueberries strawberries and plums, beans. Low fat yogurt has tons of Vit. A for
the skin and helps digestion. Use not more than a couple tablespoons of olive oil
a day for cooking or salad dressing for the skin- Avocado's are great for the skin.

4. 2 pounds a week is a safe weight loss- more and you can get saggy skin.

5. You can take Nat Phos 6x, Calc Phos 6x, Cal Flour 6x and Silicea 6x an
hour before a meal, 3 times a day. ( 12 tabs before a meal) - all salts even
if working well have to be given a week off every month.

This will help with the skin, and with weight loss.

6. Make sure you are eating healthy foods with low salt and very low sugar.

You can report back on the salts in a week.

All these medicines are available here in liquid form.So if you can tell me about how many drops bfore a meal i shall take???
I am using natural mine salt and just for the taste of any food.
from two months i am using BROWN SUGUR instead of crystalised sugur.And i am using it also for tea and coffee.
i hope it is safe use of salt and brown sugur.

Hi-

These are the biochemic salts that are in tablet form- not a liquid.
You should be able to get these in any homeo shop-
you can get Dr. Reckewege brand of each one or any other
brand- just that Dr. Reckewege brand people are familiar with.

It is ok to use any sugar. But you can google what is the best
level of salt and sugar amounts to have each Day- bc fruit is also
full of sugar- you want to maintain levels.

If you buy any food in packages, or frozen or canned- Look at the
amount of salt it has per serving. Look at the amount of sugar it
has per serving. Compare that to what is an ok level of grams of
salt or sugar per day and see how easy it is for people to get out
of balance and put on weight and also crave more of it bc of the levels.

I'm sorry to interrupt You here but I have a question regarding your post

You say to go easy on olive oil . I read on another site something similar the author says too much of olive oil interferes with the production of testosterone .

Simone , please tell us what too much olive oil can cause us

You need a percentage of healthy fats every day. Olive oil is a
healthy fat and you can do the math on how many tablespoons
and the variety of what you choose. Olive oil helps to increase
testosterone levels, I have never heard of it interfering with those
levels. A good site to read on all of this is google fitness, mercola.com.

I got all these medicines in tab form.
As for as i understand single dose for one medicine is 3tabs morning noon and evening one hour bfore meal.
These medicines are made by shuwabe germany.
