anxiety self distorted case

hello forum,

I am a 37 yr male with anxiety which started some 8 months back i.e dec 2013 with a panic attack while i was driving, i stopped the car as i knew because a similar episode occured 4 yrs back and both time i was hospitalized for 1st aid. both the attacks were so sever with limbs highly numb and finally a kind of stiffness in limbs and toung as if a paralytic attack, shortness of breath as if a heart attack but it was not. but since my last attack in december, there was sever anxiety especially while driving and otherwise also and
i have to take alprx .5 mg at night for sleep and in morning
if anxiety is there. though the levels have subsided a bit but it comes any time. I have also tried several homeopathy medicines but not much relief.
also to mention i think its a self distorted case of alcohol, benzos and many things. need help as self prescription and even medcines from homeopathy doctors didnt work much.

Pl have agrimony ,mimmulus and whitechestnut bach flower .pl have two drops each in two table spoon of water and this is one dose taken three times for 15days .report weekly .pl donot take liquor during this period except your med .you can take alpres till some changes with bach flower.

Yes, Bach Flowers are a system by themselves. There is no potency, they
are flower tinctures. You can get them at homeo shops or google online.

For my case no other questions are required? Bcause i myself find homeopathic remedys simply great if taken properly as i hv nearly 100 of them

I would like to ask if anything esle about me(personality) is to be known before starting the above remedies as i hv some other problems like business partner betrayal, financial loss, married life, anxiety abt health, heart etc.

Dr mohla, thanks for yr remedy. I suppose its working great. The fear is far less. Just to tell you, i also had ars. albm 1m one dose morning for three days before starting agrimony and milumus but i dont know which one worked. But for now i m prty sure that the bach flwr remedies recommended by you are great. But i cud nt get whitechestnut. And yes sorry to say, i had alcohol thrice which was unavoidable but i think the remedies are awesome

I hv started whitechestnut also for the past three days. I think, things are going very well. Cant say if its early to say but my anxiety level is far less and nearly or no vertigo. Also i think the sleep is also getting better. Nazar na lage but thankyou very much for the remedies. Will keep you updated. One thing more, the ringing in ears is still there

I got whitechestnut also and took all of them, the results seems to be great. Vertigo has almost gone for now. palpitations are there atleast once in a day. I hv also noticed that palptns increase while climbing stairs. Sorry to say i cud not take the medicines for a week as i was in a puja which required no alcohol based medicines even but started them again. One more thing is constant ringing of ears when alone

No sir, i didnt hv malaria for d past 20-25 years. The ringing in ears is only when i m alone and its continous as if somebody has given a hard slap on ears. Moreover after taking bach flower remedies i hv started cutting down on alprax. The fear is far less, anxiety being allevated. Concern is always there especially abt heart and brain. Only thing is to combat sleep. Hoping for the best

Should i continue wid bach flowers? Only yesterday after a long time i had some vertigo but it went after say two hours. Pls also advise if any constitutional remedy is to be taken

I am so thaknful to you for bringing me out of my situation of fear and anxiety which is still there at times but could never imagine that bach flowers could be so powerful. problem of tinitus and insomnia is still there. to be true i had alcohol many times but when in limit, next is fine but whenever crossed the limit, night would be excellent with good sleep but next morning again is like screwed up
