Dear Doctor,
I am a 36 years old male. I have many many problems and need best possible medicines for my illnesses. I have just recovered from Tuberculosis, I had cough for last 3+ years and last year in May I started to cough up blood. I consulted the doctor and the doctor did Bronchoscopy and saw my lung bleeding and started my treatment and now I am a healthy man. Doctor said I also have little asthma and gave me inhaler and I am still using it. I am having stomach problem since last almost 10 years. Given below are major problems: -

1. Low BP, I cannot sit on my legs or feet for more than 10 minutes, I think blood flow stops. Sometimes I feel dizzy when I stand up from sitting position and have to hold wall or something but after few seconds I become normal. Even sitting on chair makes my body parts sleepy i.e. legs, butts, feets.
2. Sinus, mucus falling on throat i.e. post nasal drip. Happening for last 2+ years. Due to this throat is sore and mouth is dry. Mucus falling on throat is green. Tongue is dirty, taste is bad, nose is blocked, can't smell easily. Because of sore throat I cough some times.
3. Some 10 years ago my stomach suddenly becomes very bad, it even couldn't digest plain water, i used to vomit after eating or drinking anything. I do not vomit now but feels like food is coming up, chest and stomach sometimes burn after eating spicy foods, constipation, laziness and I eat fast.

I do not walk much, my job is office work and I hardly walk. I would appreciate if best homeopath medicines are advised for illnesses which can be cured.

Please take three doses of Phosphorus 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Some 2 hours ago I spit the mucus and there was some blood in it but now mucus is without blood. I think it is coming from head.
Also I forgot to mention that I have a lump / bump on my forehead appeared some 2-3 years ago.

Extremely sorry, I forgot to give the feedback.
I do not feel any difference, no cough or sore throat, sinus is still blocked specially right nose. I am using nasal spray.
Major problem now is the tongue gets dirty everyday, I can't taste food with my tongue. If I walk for a few minutes then my spittle / saliva get much thicker and not easy to spit out. Bad smelly breath also. Please help.

When I am standing or sitting then my veins are very much visible / bulging but when lying they are not bulging.
Should I continue taking nasal spray with your suggested medicine?

Yes. You can take both allopathic and homeopathic medicines.

1. Thanks Sir. I have taken the suggested dose of Nux Moschata 200 (yesterday morning, evening and today morning).

2. I have just started feeling mild pain just below rib cage (both sides), please see below picture pointing area of pain. I used to feel the same pain earlier as well before my treatment of Tuberculosis.

3. There is one more illness that just re-appeared that is small red pimples on my head, they get filled with pus after sometime. Earlier I used a shampoo called 'Polytar' which cured them but they are appearing again on my head. Please suggest some medicine for permanent cure.

4. One question, is there any laser machine or system that can check human body from head to toe and point out the body parts which are ill or need treatment?

Another problem just arise that is allergy/itching patches on chest, armpits and stomach. If desired I can send picture. When I sweat it gets more itchy. I thought it is due to hot weather. Please advice what it could be and suggest a medicine for which I shall be grateful.

If the patches are still persisting you may take Apis 30 twice a day for 3 days. All other instructions on dosing etc remain same.

Thank you Sir. I used prickly heat powder and the itchy patches were gone.

But the small red pimples with itchy scalp on my head are making me crazy, they get filled with pus after sometime. Scalp skin also has reddish patches as informed by my wife. I have dandruff problem as well. Earlier I used a shampoo called 'Polytar' which cured them but the said shampoo is not available in the market and will be available in 2016. Please suggest some medicine for permanent cure.
