Non-itchy, non-red rash all over

Hello again,
I'd like to say thank you for all your advice in the passed. My family and friends have benefited very much from your advice.
I have a new problem. My child has broken out in an all over body rash. The bumps are not itchy and not red. They become more visable when he is hot in a bath, but they still don't bother him. He is three and plays outside, naked quite a bit. He's had the rash for about 3 days and today there seemed to be more of them.
Thanks for any advice you may have.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Where are you from & how is the climate outside these days.It is very important as the kid plays out naked.

This inf will help in treatment.

Hello and thank you for your quick reply. I am in Northern California. It has been fairly mild, Mid 80's, for about a week and a half. It has been mostly dry with low humidity, except for a few days last week when it was overcast and muggy.

Give him DULCAMARA 30c or 30ch which ever is available two pills three times a day for coming three days & stop.

Watch for a few days. Do not apply any cosmetic oil or cream instead apply refined cocoanut oil mixed with canphor twice daily.

let him be covered reasonably while out doors. It could be some local allergy.
