Nat mur or Nat carb
I identify myself with the natrums constitutionally. However, it is a bit confusing whether natrum muriaticum or carbonicum is more appropriate.Could anyone tell me the details that differentiate the two remedies?
Thank you
Cecilia

Cecilia, Have you read the Materia Medica on each? How did you decide that the Nats fit you? Here are my own personal notes on each remedy.
Nat Carb: Use in summer with headaches due to heat or sun exposure, or mental exertion. Coughs up YELLOW mucus, weak digestion.
Nat Mur: Use in fall or Winter with very painful headache and dryness of nose and throat. sneeze produces mucus that is WHITE. Dry cough, tears from eyes with cough. Complaints of numbness and coldness, and can't taste food.
