Hiatal Hernia, diastasis rectis, pelvic organ prolapse
Hi there I am wondering if anyone can help me to find a suitable remedy.I am 8.5 months postpartum.
I suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum (sever vomiting) during pregnancy.
Since the birth I have had stomach, acidic pains around sternum, occasionally. As well as heart / chest pains. My DR said it was just post partum stress.
However around 3 months postpartum I noticed heaviness in pelvic floor and felt bulgy on pelvic floors, especially before and during period (nothing protruding from vagina).
I also noticed I have a diastasis rectis two finger width gap in my abdominal muscles which had not healed from pregnancy and lax abdominal walls due to it much exercise during and after pregnancy.
I would like to start exercising to tone up my core and fix my diastasis rectis, but am worried that it will aggravate the hiatal hernia above and also the pelvic organ prolapse below.
I am currently taking sepia 200 once per week (for 6 weeks). And Robinia pillules 4 pills 3x day for one week.
I am looking for a remedy that will help heal the hiatal hernia so I can begin exercises to build up my core strength again soon.
Thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
After reading your post Sepia came to my mind also.
In case if you feel that the improvement has come to stay & there is no further progress then you please take one dose of SULPHUR 200 & start again sepia after a gap of two days.
For vomitimg & morning sickness you may take one or two doses of SYMPHORICARPUS RACEMOSA 30c as & when required.
