Moderate internal piles/sore
Age 27; tall, slim, fair complexion.Currently, I have moderate internal pilesproblem. for one month.It is just above the anus area, in the rectum. Most probably, it is not piles, rather a sore inside. Basically no bleeding, but one/two drop of blood if constipated. Piercing pain during stool, but virtually no pain at other time.
Previously, I used Sulphur 200 and Nux 200 for external piles and got result, but I used Nux for a longer period which caused slight problem. So, currently, I'm taking no medicine for piles. (I'm taking Acid phos 6 for other problem). I'm a constipation-prone person.
Any doctor can please suggest me good medicine which will cure the internal sore?

Any itching burning before/after/during stool.pl have nux vom 30 evening time and sulphur 30 morning empty stomach for 5days .

You should stop Acid Phos 6 while
doing akshaymohl (Dr. Mohla) prescription.
Put that info on about why you are taking
Acid phos when you are reporting
after the nux and sulphur doses are done
and Dr. Mohla will go over everything.

Just to clarify: actually I've used Nux-200 and Sulph-200 for 14-15 days (29-07-14 to 14-08-14) when internal piles/sore first appeared one month ago. For first 3-4 days, I got little improvement and then no further improvement. Rather, as I mentioned earlier, frequent and long-term use of high potency of Nux began creating some problems like hard stool and abdominal discomfort.
Currently, I've no burning before or after stool; only 1-2 minuets burning and pricking pain during stool.
Should I still take Nux and Sulphur for 5 days?
Hope I will get response.

This is part of treatment so pl take as advised and have aesculus30 thrice daily for 7
Days and avid spicy oily and fried food.pl give feed back.

I've taken Nux and Sulphur for 5 days. Burning sensation was reduced. No other noticeable change.
I'm using Aesculus 30 for four days. Blood has almost stopped. Feeling of pricking pain seem to be reducing gradually.
Dear doctor, what should be the next step?

Aesculus to continue for 5days more as advised time and dose .

Report:
I took Aesculus for another 4 days and stopped. It tends to cause severe constipation in me.
The good news is that pilescondition is much better now. However, the feeling of a moderate sore is still there. It seems Aesculus can't totally take it out.

Have aesculus 200 weekly one dose evening time till cure.
