Mixing antibiotics with supplements for pyometra (Dog)

Hello,

Is it harmful to give both prescribed antibiotics (Clavamox) with a homeopathic supplement for a dog fighting a pyometra?

To give you some background info: My dog is a 16-year-old toy poodle (about 5 lbs) who is battling a reappearing mammary gland tumor (she had surgery to remove the first tumor a few years ago) and also developing a slight heart murmur. What can I tell you, she's a fighter. She is also unspayed (my mistake, and a huge regret). Otherwise she is healthy and the vet says her vitals are good.

We went to the vet two days ago ( Aug 28) because she has been lethargic, unresponsive, restless, and having white + yellowish vaginal discharge. She got an ultrasound done and while there were two suspicious lumps, because our dog is so small, the vet said it was too hard/early to tell if it is in fact pyometra (a deadly disease when the uterus becomes full with pus). Because she has not been spayed and her menstrual cycle is still active and has symptoms of lethargy and heavy drinking/urination, we believe it is pyometra.

My dog has been taking Clavamox as an antibiotic (.5ml 2x daily) since two days ago. Since then her discharge has turned pinkish yellow, pinkish brown, and now back to a white yellowish color. Her discharge is also less frequent than before and considerably less lethargic. The vet prescribed the antibiotics for 7 days.

Since surgery (to get her spayed) is too aggressive for my 16-year-old dog, antibiotics is the only option we have and would like to try homepathic supplements to make sure we get every last drop of pus out and also prepare for her next heat cycle since pyometra seems like a recurring infection.

My dog also recently started taking Animals' Apawthecary Hawthorn Plus because she has shown signs of dementia and we heard it can be good for dogs with a heart murmur. We are giving her 10 drops (.25mL) 2x daily. Is that a good dosage?

She will also be on Novifit, a nutritional supplement that helpa support cognitive function (active ingredient: SAMe/S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine-Tosylate Disulfate - recommended by the vet), starting next week and will also be taking Dr. Harvey's Emune-Boost Herbal Supplement for Dogs to strengthen her immune system... are we giving her too many supplements?

Sorry for the excessive details. Please let me know if it is harmful to mix antibiotics with homeopathic supplements. And if it is safe, which supplements do you recommend for pyometra/uterine infection? Dosage?

Thank you so much for reading and for your help. I really appreciate it.
