How long before switching remedies?
I had been giving my pet dog a remedy with some success but because of a problem that was created when using it I switched to a second remedy. That second remedy also created a problem. I have now solved the problem that the first remedy created and I would like to put her back on the first remedy. How long should I wait before giving it her? (gave her the second remedy five days ago...) thank you!Gaia1 on 2005-11-28
This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
First problem: Hypothyroid the reason for a persistent staph infection.
Remedy: Thyrodium 30C
Result: Infection resolved. Thyroid activity increased.
Problem Created: Increased (separation) anxiety and itching resulting in licking and biting self.
Second remedy: Lac Humanum 200 c.
Result: Itching declined but infection returned.
I believe I have now found an alternative remedy that reduces her itching (fish oil) and would like to re-address the staph issue.
The first dose of lac humanum was given about two months ago. The original dose on the thyrodium was given about 10 days ago with the clinical diagnosis of hypothyroidism.
The second dose of lac humanum was given 5 days later after she began to start licking and itching. That was 5 days ago.
I'd now like to go back to the thyroidium.
Thanks for any help....

it should be fine to go back now to the thyroidinum. Give just one dose like before and come back and let us know how you get on. good luck.
