persistent coughing and slight congestion in small child

my daughter aged 3 years suffers from these problems,suffering since last month.the cough doesnt go away,slight congestion in the chest.shes active otherwise and attends school.pleaseadvice medicene fr this cough which increase when she sleeps in ight as also to remive congestion
