Nasal polyp

Dear Dr.
I have nasal polyps problem. Many times I fell absent mindness, poor concentration, cannot think clearly, sluggish sleepiness, watering from mouth while sleep, snoring .
I have digestive problems also burning in chest, chronic gastritis, constipation.
I have also problem with ear. Hole in ear drum. Feel pain in back side of neck.
Please suggest me with medicine and dose.

pl tkae merc sol 200 3 doses 6 pills each for three days every evening and then report how do you feel
