homeopathic remedies home done dilution

I had been using suphur iodatum 15Ch for my son for a barber itch.I used weekly doses with good result. until he developed a kind of visual hallucinations and fears. I was told that he was proving the remedy , and that I had to antidote by using the same remedy after diluting only a pellet in a glass of water once or twice and give him a spoon of the solution. In short the symptomatology disappeared only after the use of one dose of thuya. I have also diluted in the same manner natrum muriaticum and lycopodium for use in other members of the family.since few months , I experience the same symptomatology than my husband, and which consists on:-1 a persistent redness of the face, with aggravation by the exposure to the light and heat,-2 a kind of progressive edema and infiltration of the face skin and an obvious thickening of the skin of the face and especially of the forehead which makes the normal skin folds in this site more appearent and wierd, -3 and a remarkable increase of the size of the nose. Some of my friends with konwledge in homeopathy told me that this symtomatology may be caused by a sort of ' contamination ' of the glasses that I used to dilute the remedies, and that we are now inattentionally taking very high dilutions of the above mentioned remedies every time we poor a drink in these glasses. Could anyone help me with this issue? many thanks.
