Sprained finger, more Arnica or something else
Hello, About 3 weeks ago I tripped and fell forward and put out my left hand to catch myself, spraining 3 fingers.I immediately took Arnica 200c and half an hour later took another dose.
Everything felt better so I didnt take more, assuming it would continue to improve. It is much less painful but one finger, my ring finger, is still somewhat swollen and painful when bending it.
Should I repeat Arnica, and if so what potency? Or is there another remedy needed now?
