white lumps on body

i have these little white lumps over my shoulders, upperarms and some on my genitals. they look like little lumps under the skin and hair seems to come from them.
i feel a bit concerned because they are on my genitals.

does anybody know what they are and how to get rid of them?

hey are little white lumps under the skin, very small little ball type things. hairs seems to sprout from them. a good way to picture them is when you get goosebumps on you arm. they are similar to that.

i think i have found out what they are called.Fordyce spots. i typed it on google and they look exactly the same as what i have.

ive got them to but ive looked on every web site i can about them and every time some one asks how to get rid of them know one replies and i have no idea. some one must know of a way of doing it, is it possible
