sever hair fall
Hi,I am a 38 year old female who is suffering from acute hair loss.My hair started falling after pregnancy, which improved over a period of time with diet and ayurvedic oils.
I had started to to exercise recently and my hair started falling again .It also started graying a lot. I had grey hair on a few strands, but now it is more.
i am very sensitive to cold climate.i like spicy and warm food. I avoid eating anything cold.
i have taken homeo medicines for sinusitis and back pain with excellent results,

1- Arnica 30
2- Kali Phos 6x
3- Acid Phos Q
Adv
1-- Take water in cup and dissolve 4 pills or 8 Drops one hour after each meal
2--4 pills 30 mints before each meal
3-- Take water in cup and dissolve 15 Drops- Take in during meal
Feed back after one month..
1- Arnica 30

Hi,doctor,I have also noticed that my hair is falling in spots and not growing back. It seems to be falling, no sign of new hair growth
