hair falling diagnosed as androgenetic alopecia

My hair started falling last year and they slowly kept increased. In October I went to dermatologist and he diagnosed it as genetic alopecia although all my hormones are normal. I started rogaine and left it after 2.5 months after the shedding was slowing down but never stopped. A month or two after I restarted it on doctor's prescription again but because of rogaine I have shedded so much that I see parttion going all the way down at my back. I am 35 years old and this problem is getting over my life. Rogaine has not grown any hair. I am looking for some homeopathic treatment which would help me regrow hair.

Thanks in advance MM

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
i saw a report on this on tv recently. There was a doctor (an endocrinologist) and he said you should be on estrogen replacement pills. Not sure the exact term for the prescription. The woman they had on had the exact same diagnosis as you and he was her patient, and all her hair regrew after she was on this drug. You should definitely be talking to an endocrinologist and NOT a dermotologist!
