A 17 years old boy with polycythemia vera

My son is a 16 years old boy, with Hemoglobin 17 , WBC 9000, PLT 620,000 and and his Jak2 Is +. In addition he has splenomegaly 14 cm and itching. all of these indicates that he definitely has polycythemia vera.
I want to know If there were successful homeopathy treatments about this illness,
And if there is a homeopathic remedy, can you name it? we live in Iran and we can not reach you physically, but we have access to almost all homeopathic remedies here.
