osteomyelitis Infection attacked after knee replacement surgery

My mother is 74 years old. She is suffering with infection after her knee replacement surgery for both the legs. Three months back, Doctor went for revision surgery. No use of the surgery. Again, same infection attacked and swelling around the leg (I mean surgery one). The ESR results are 156 & CRP is positive from past three months with heavy leg pain. Please kindly suggest me the best homepathy medicine for my mothers infection. English medicine is not responding for this.

She is having infection after the Knee replacement surgery done on Febraury month 2014. After 2 months (i.e 6 May) of her surgery, one of her operated knee got sweeling with pus (removed one glass) got high fever as well as pain too (Infection). In May month, doctors removed the inserted inplant and placed Antibiotic spacer. After 6 weeks of antibiotic IV injuctions, again doctors removed antibiotic spacer and inserted the new implant. Again after one month of revision, she is suffering with infection and Knee sweeling. Pain is during walking time at sweeling knee area. Main problem is infection after her surgery. Doctors opened the knee for 3 times. Doctors prescribed Peracetmal 1000 for pain and two antibiotics 1) Lizolid 600mg 2) Dalacin-c for infection. It is not controlling to that medication. So, we need the affective homeopathic medication for this infection. Please kindly help me on this.
