perrenial rhinitus

Hi

I have had bad rhinitus and following surgery it is now much worse. I have intense burning and inflammation in my nose. My nose is bone dry, yet my eyes want to water. I suspect my ethmoid sinuses are damamged in some way. Just something to stop the nasal burning and watery eyes would be great. Can any one help? I also feel constantly fluey and tired and generally out of it. Afterall the sinuses are close to the brain.
