This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If the homeopathic remedy is truly the correct remedy to take, it may work in spite of the allopathic drug and it will not interfere with the allopathic drug. The allopathic drug may or may not interfere with the progress of the homeopathic remedy.

In other words, if it was the right remedy, you are no worse off for having tried that. You may or may not be worse off for the allopathic drug. (Truly "allopathic" drugs fight against the disease instead of with the body, and therefore can be expected to suppress the disease. Not all conventional medicines are allopathic, though.)

Working of right remedy with allopathic medicines is one aspect but what about symptoms on giving the remedy with allopathic medicines? Will same symptoms be produced on giving both medicine and remedy or these will be different when only right remedy is given?

Logical, it will depend on the extent to which the allopathic medicine suppresses the course of the disease and the extent to which the remedy can work in spite of the allopathic medicine.

There are potentially three possible outcomes - remedy by itself, remedy with allopathic medicine, and allopathic medicine given by itself.
