Alopecia bldness

I am Sikh and I use to wear turban. Few years back I got my hair cut , around eight years back. At that time there is no problem. Four years back I started wearing turban and the problem starts then again I got my hair cut due to headache. 6 months back I have decided to wear turban. The area near my forehead there are very less hair and even growth is very less. Can you suggest something?

In my experience THYROID 3X twice a day for 4 days in a week is very effective for alopecia.
The dose should be 2 gr at a time.
