Fitness - Please Help. Fever / Sinus congestion / Headaches _{Page 2 of 2}

Hi Fitness,

That temporary fever/sore throat period is over, just passed by without doing anything.

So back to the sinus congestion / stuffiness update in her own words:

'Nasal drainage has completlely stopped, stuffiness became better during short period of time including dryness of the mouth at the night time, but for last couple of days again sinus congestion is at its worse with out any nasal discharge. Last couple of nights were terrible regarding the dry mouth and it disturbs sleep tremendously. Still have shaky legs, also getting tired very easily. Abdomen doesn't feel clean/clear after a bowel movement... this happens on & off.'

She has taken Advil due to menstrual cramps which may have negated the previous medicines effect.

Please advise and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Here is the update in her own words:

"I took Kali Bi on Sunday morning, that same day I had little elevated body temp in the evening. Since then fever has not cropped up but congestion is bad(without any nasal discharge) Last night I could not get proper sleep due to dryness of the mouth. Sunday night I slept peacefully without any drying of the mouth. I have little cough today also I have body aches, specially my upper part of the legs and also heat is radiating in my eyes, these issues arise mostly when I have fever, but so far I have been regularly checking, but no fever.....still no smell or taste. HAving mild pain in eye sockets.

Another issue which I forgot to mention is that I used to get swollen and painful gums, but this problem almost disappeared, but lately for last few weeks or so that same issue has popped up."

So basically she says no improvment in congestion and energy level no change.

Want to add further that she has fever currently,; 99deg F, did not have the temperature this morning, although had been having a feverish feeling since yesterday. This is her old symptom of getting fever later in the day.
General lethargy, lack of energy is there.

Please advise.

"Sunday: Took the medicine in the morning, had feverish feeling whole day, level of congestion was same. there was no fever. Had the dry mouth problem whole night.

Monday congestion got worse and had the dry mouth whole night. I got little elevated body temp,98.7. there was headache is the morning on waking up but got better when I got up from the bed.

Tuesday: same level of congestion as Monday, felt terrible as if there is no blood in the body,
but at nighttime slept through out without getting up to drink water due to dry mouth.

Wednesday:congestion was same level as Monday and Tuesday, got fever of 99F around 5 oclock, no dry mouth at night

Thursday: Congestion is still the same as previous days, feverish feeling, temp is 98.7. No dry mouth."

She is chilly all the time, even inside the house while wearing long sleeves sweater and shirt. Hands are cold. Does not like fan or air draft.
