• What is your complaint?
1)Panic attacks with physical and mental sensations in my head (This is my main complain)
• When did the complaint begin?
A week after taking first dose of “carcinosin30c” felt weird, like I am not in my own body, hyper, like on “drugs”, like trying to escape from my own body
When I took the second dosage of the remedy, felt a reaction within a couple of hours
• Where is it located?

My stomach-almost in the middle, but closer to the left rib cage. In my head:sometimes in my left temple, or left cheek, or back of my head, lips. In my chest. Lower legs.
• What sort of sensations (and emotions) you associate with it?
Light nausea,pressure in the stomach- somebody is trying to push my stomach through a hole, Tingling/and or numbness in/or my lips.Pressure or numbness in the left temple: Numbness- left side of my face(happened only a couple of times.Numbness in the back of my head-like I slept on a hard surface. Most of time I feel very cold. Sometimes my fingernails would go blue. Most coldness I feel in my lower legs-like ice. My lower legs feel weak.
Not all these sensations are happening every time I have an attack. What is regular:? nausea, pressure-tightness in the stomach, tingling or numbness in the left part of my lips. Weakness and coldness in my lower legs. I don't feel myself, like when I have a flu in my head.. I panic, don't know what to do with myself.
• Does anything make it better or worse?

Feel little better when lie down and cover up with warm blanket. Quiet place. Taking a medicine makes most of my symptoms disappear. But not coldness.
• How does it bother you? How is it coming in way of your day-to-day life?
Can't do any work, physical or mental
• How does it feel like to have this/these problem/s?
Hopeless, helpless, scared
• What is the effect of this/these problem/s on you?

Can't function properly, losing weight, afraid to go far from the house, not motivated to do anything
• Did any event happen which caused the complaint? Describe the emotion associated with it.
All these symptoms started after taking “carcinosin30”. I am very, very upset with myself. I should know better and stopped the remedy after first day and wait for the Homeopathic doctor to come back from holidays..At that time I did not connect these attacks with the remedy. I thought that I was having a stroke. Fear.
• What are the other symptoms started with it, esp. mental and physical symptoms, which are not
directly related to the main complaint.
Heat and the pressure in anus (still happening from time to time).Light pain and in the anal fistula(is better now) redness in my bottom with cracks where skin creases, anal fissures

• What are your reactions with it?
I am trying to deal with this best I could. Sometimes get desperate thinking :”What is next ?”.Sometimes get depressed not seeing the end to all of this. This emotions and thoughts don't last long because I have faith and hope that somebody is going to help me to improve my health.

2)Anal fistulas
• When did the complaint begin?

Two years ago.
• What sort of sensations (and emotions) you associate with it?

Changed my eating habit due traveling. Got constipated. Abscess formed in my left buttock. Surgeon cut it to open. Was on antibiotics 3x. Wound healed fast but the pain and swelling returned. Applied plantain leaf poultice to help drainage. Two fistulas formed. Huge amount of puss got out. Scared me. Kept applying plantain leaf for a month until pass was gone.
These fistulas are connected to the abscess. One is inside the anus-still making thick, yellowish discharge. The second one is above that, outside. The third fistula is in my rectum, left side. This one somehow get infected when I got constipated. The same scenario, the same spot, happened this May, two years after the first

.Last two years did a lot research on anal fistulas. Realized that many people got healed using homeopathy. That was a main reason I got in touch with homeopathic doctor when I got “carcinosin30”.
• How does it bother you? How is it coming in way of your day-to-day life?
I am learning to live with that. Able to work unless there is an abscess.
• Does anything make it better or worse?
Regular bowels with soft stools makes it bearable

3)Restless legs at night. Heat waves in my lower legs.

This summer

Getting up, moving them in the bed, walking,showering

Sometimes I can't fall a sleep for many hours, can't get up in the morning to work. This does not happen very night

4)Varicose veins, left leg
• When did the complaint begin?
Many years ago,but 4 years ago begin to have bigger issues like swelling and heaviness

Rest, cool weather, makes it better. Gentle massage with apple cider vinegar and calendula cream helps

5)Anal fissures
• When did the complaint begin?
Couple months ago

Got some fissures two months ago, healed them
Got them again a weak ago, still not healed. Both times I had harder stools than usual..It is painful but manageable

Sitz baths, resting, soft stools, applying “anusol” ointment make better

6)Some discharge from vulva
• When did the complaint begin?
Two years ago when I developed anal fistulas, got 3 different antibiotics
• How does it feel like to have this
I do not see it drain every day. When it does, white-sh/yellowish discharges ( just like from the anal fistula). No smell. Sticky. Sometimes I feel burning , during and after passing urine, only in posterior labia and perineal area. My urine test came normal as well as PAP-smear/test.. I don't feel that this is coming from bladder nor my uterus.

Washing with camomile tea is less irritating. Applying baby diaper rush “Sudo” cream

7)Dry skin

• Where is it located?
Scalp, nose(sides), base of throat
• How does it feel like to have this
Have dry scalp for many years, would come and go. Changed shampoos, gets better for a while
Dry skin on the side of nose, sometimes small white patches would pill off then red skin underneath.
Dry skin, base of throat. Will get red, than very small white patches. Looks like a ring. No pain, no itch, just from time to time feel skin tightness
Many days I will be OK, without any signs of it

Noticed that taking Omega 3 supplements made my skin look and feel better. Stopped using the supplements when started having stomach problems, pain underneath the right rib cage
