Please help, in difficult pain situation, need advise also

Hello, I hope somebody here can help me towards some treatment for this 7 months post surgery pain. Firstly Im a 26 years old male, in good health otherwise besides this pain which has totally disabled me, Im not working anymore since it all began, I have no social or family life anymore.

It all started exactly one year ago, I started to get random intermittent pains in my right kidney area in the back. After some tests(ultrasounds, ct scan, kidney scan), it was found my ureter where it attaches to my right kidney had narrowed( pretty much closed shut) and my kidney was hurting from swelling whenever I would drink because my urine couldn't drain. About 7 months ago in Toronto, Canada, I had laparascopic kidney surgery through abdominal keyhole incisions to fix this problem. Since then everything is fixed kidney wise, all the tests are normal, I no longer hurt in the back. But since my surgery, I have had persistent, constant 24/7 pain in my right abdomen, sometimes also feeling in flank, this pain never goes away. It is like constant dull aching, it feels deep, I feel tight and stiff in that whole area where they went through to reach my kidney. My pain aching level is always 7-8, after the surgery it has steadily increased to this point, and I always need strong opiates to manage this pain.

I have consulted lots of doctors, they can't find anything on physical examination, nothing showing up on tests also. I am thinking I might have scar tissue or nerve damage. I am trying to find a surgeon to cut me open again to check but no body wants to do that because they say nothing is wrong with me and also won't give me anything for pain because they say Im young and I will get addicted to narcotics but I cant live in this pain. Is there anything else I can try for this very resistant post surgery pain? BTW I do not have any other symptoms, and this pain is not affected by any activity , movement or diet. Currently taking hydromorphone or oxycontin opiates to control this pain. So please help.

Also within a week or so, I am due to have a surgeon put me to sleep and go through my penis with camera to my kidney to check if there is any blockage or anything, but I am 99% convinced its not kidney pain, plus all the kidney tests are normal. So if there is any treatment for my pain maybe muscles are not healed, scar tissue or cut nerve, please let me know because I want to cancel this unnecessary procedure that can cause other complications, thanks. But if there is no other treatment, then I will have this investigated. Please advise, thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
While I would prefer to take a whole case before prescribing, it does seem to me you *might* benefit from using one of our trauma remedies Bellis perrenis. Obtain the remedy in the 30th potency (30C or 30CH), preferably in liquid form (oral dosing liquid or similar term).

If you instead have pillules or pellets, you will need a small bottle and a dropper to make your own liquid dose. Mix water and alcohol into this small bottle to the ratio of 5:1. Dissolve 3 pillules/pellets into this bottle. All doses will be made from this bottle.

If you already have a liquid dose just start from step 1.

1. Hit the bottle 5 times firmly against the palm of the hand

2. Place 3 drops into 100mls of clean fresh water

3. Stir very thoroughly

4. Take 2 teaspoons out into the mouth and hold for 20 seconds, then swallow.

This is one dose and the same steps should be taken for any further doses, unless I ask you to change them in some way.

If any old symptoms reappear, or any current symptoms worsen, this is a GOOD sign in most cases. DO NOT SUPPRESS them with other kinds of medication unless you are in real danger (which is a highly unlikely reaction to a remedy).

However, if you are on regular medication it is also important that you do NOT stop taking this. Once it is determined the medicine has acted beneficially, we can look at reducing such medication if safe to do so.

Take one dose each day for 3 days maximum. STOP if after any dose you notice an aggravation of any symptom, even if unrelated to the main issue here.
