weak, small & thin pennis

dear kindly do something for me because im using seleneium 3x from last 3 months but didnt get any improvement in my pennis im also feeling pain in my pennis kindly select a remedy for it so i get cured soon.

i have a very small pennis with size 2 inches in normal and upto 4 inches in ejection and i very ashamed of it so please provide me a solution to increse the growth.
and also i have not got a beard since and i am 22 years old

mine is very small when not erect and it gets to an average size 5-6 inches when erect. I just find it weird that it gets so small. I guess this is normal?

also on the end of my penis there is a web of skin inside the urethra that makes it look like 2 separate channels. does anyone else have this? or is it a birth defect.
