Stomach bacterial infection - urgent please

My 4 yrs old daughter is suffering with gastrointestinal bacterial infection. She has pain in the stomach and loose motions. Also has temperature 100. Had 2 vomitings.

in 250ml of hot water add 10 tabs each of ferrum phos 12x,nat mur 6x,nat phos 6x and kali mur 6x mix it (u may keep the mixture in a bottle after it cool down ) give 2 teaspoon of this mixture in every hour.Also give her electrolyte water to drink in short intervals.
let me know the improvement after one day of taking medicine.
