Fever, vomiting, diarrhea

Hello, Im hoping to get remedy for my daughter who has vomited (after turning over in bed), has diarrhea and a fever of 102 F.

She isnt complaining. Just wants to stay in bed. Not a lot to go on as she doesnt feel like talking. Just requested some cold water with ice.

Was chilly earlier and wanted to wear socks on her cold feet and be completely covered under blanket.

Would appreciate help. I can try to get answers to questions that would narrow down remedy.

WHY ARE YOU GIVING ICE WATER, THIS IS JUST NONSENSE DURING FEVER AND CHILLS

give DULCAMARA 200c liquid, 2 drops in a tablespoon water as one dose, only 3 dose at gap of 30 minutes between, not more than that, not daily,

dnt eat or drink anything 30 minutes before or after medicine,

{if buying pills then 3 pills as one dose, 3 times, at gap of 30 minutes, chew it, dnt swallow with water}
