Unclear Speech in children...

My 2.5yr old daughter is talking very much but she is unclear. Since I am always around her I understand but once in a while I don't either . if someone at the store talks to her they are able to pick up some parts of her sentences and then they look at me and they repeat back to make sure they understand her correctly.

I have this too with my middle child who is 5.5 yrs old her speech is unclear as well and I thought she would grow out of it but hasn't . She did become a lot clearer but any sounds that deal with R or L is said unclear when she saids any of these words they sound off.

She has seen a speech therapist but no change and both have no twisted tongue issues.

Is there anyway to get her speech clear

They are both not taking no medication, were both c-section child my 5.5 yr old was breached and was my third and previous was all c-sections.

it seems to be hereditary issue here, but can be examined by homeopathy approach,
