mesenteric lymphadenopathy
Hi,My daughter aged 4.5 yrs is diagnozed with mesenteric lymphadenopathy. Since her birth she had stomach flu more than 8 times. She currently has abodominal pain, hard stool with stone like structure. She has vomited fluids 2 times before night. No temperature and thirst is normal. Apetite seems to be normal as she keeps asking for something to eat. When she has considerable pain she sweats. I am able to hear grumbling sounds from her stomach during night. When these appear she is uncomfortable and wakes up complaining pain in her stomach. she is unable to sleep properly. Her tongue is slightly coated. Her birth weight was 3 kgs and now she is 15kgs.
Please recommend a long term medication and diet to be followed.
