No feeling in Anus; Bowels feel incomplete

I've had this symptom for probably a year and was attributing it to aging, but I wanted to see if there was something to be done. I have regular bowel movements in the morning, almost like clockwork. The movement is only felt before evacuation with sometimes a little cramping in my lower intestine, but not felt coming out. There is an urgency as well but I can suppress it. Once the movement ends there is a feeling like there is more to come. Before this started happening, movements felt complete. The numbness of the anus came gradually. Please advise. Thank You.
