This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
you can try one dose only of Calcarea Carb 200 at bed time and measure BP next morning. if BP comes down to normal 120/80 or 110/70 do not take BP medicine. apnea may take some time to cure.

give OPIUM 200c liquid, 2 drops in a tablespoon water, only 2 dose not more than that, not daily, 1st dose before sleep and next dose next morning after wakeup,

dnt eat or drink anything 30 minutes before or after medicine,

{if buying pills then 3 pills as one dose, 2 times, 1st at night and 2nd after wakeup, chew it, dnt swallow with water}

report how felt in fatigue, confidence, sleep, anxiety, depression, snoring and mental freshness after 20 days of stopping the course,

also do some exercises like SURYA NAMASKAR (google it or youtube) 4 TIMES DAILY for proper blood flow in whole body,

BHRAMARI PRANAYAM (google it or youtube) 10 TIMES DAILY for mental freshness and depression,
