Remedy for bleeding due to radiation proctitis

I received radiation on my lower abdomen area during Aug-Oct 2012. In the year 2013 (April onward) bleeding from rectal vessels observed. Homeo medicines taken since then include FicusR-Q, Hammamolis,MillifoliumQ etc. However it progressively increased and brought my Hb down to 5.6 needing a blood transfusion in July 2014. After that I opted for APC(ArgonPlasma Coagulation) for clogging those vessels. In this process probe inserted in the rectum releases and burn Argon near the bleeding vessels to clog them. Process is effective but new bleeding vessels are created requiring several sittings of APC. I already had 3 sittings and donot want to continue as it is painfull apart from being an endless process.
I take regular medicines for diabetes and hypertension for last 15 years. Also I suffer from knee problem.
I want a Homeo solution for proctitis to avoid becoming anaemic again.
Request kindly suggest meds.My other bio-data are - age 60F, wt. 55kg,lean body, calm but thoughtful and sober by nature.

1.Bleeding from rectal zone owing to radiation proctitis. In 2012 radiation{60sittings} was taken after uterus was removed.

5.Weakness due to blood flow and due to low Hb.
6.No fixed time in a day, but on an average it happens once in a week.
7&8.It seems to me(may be wrong)that standing for a long time ,stress and body fatigue induces secretion. However doctors say it does not depend on these factors.
9.Does not depend on weather.
10.Agreeable,mild,sincere,.Trust and depend on husband for support.
11.Fear of becoming acute anemic leading to Blood Tr.
12.Like salty and sour food.
13 to 16. Normal.
17.Frequent passing of stool.
In morning 2/3 times and at least once in evening. It appears as if rectum is unable to hold anything making the stool passing urgent and sometimes emergent.
18,19,20. Normal.
21.APC(Argon Plasma Coagulation)three sittings has been administered. While APC seals the bleeding vessels effectively by burning the argon gas the problem is that all vessels can not be sealed accurately and that new vessels may be opening over time. The rate of sealing may take another 3/4 sittings which are painful, troublesome and costly.

23.Arthritis and diabetes.
24.Slightly paled face in a lean body.

One dose of Phos 1M was administered on 18th.Bleeding
started from 20th and is continued intermittently. As a precaution 2nd and 3rd dose has been withheld. Also frequency of passing stool has increased to 4/5 in a day. It appears that holding capacity of large intestine has weakened as a result walking or standing for sometime(15-20 min) demands passing of stool urgently.
Loss of blood has brought down Hb to approx.6. Weakness and giddiness are other side effects.
Kindly suggest.
