i took on 14.2.2015 to 18.2.2015 one dose daily at ni8 tym daily.one dose daily for 5 days again ? Plz mention at what tym should i take this?

From few days i m very depressive.i use to remain in anger.my mood is always so sad i want to cry evn without any reason.i always think negative about everything.i hav so much excess facial n body hair.
