Urethral Stricture (Meatal Stenosis) - Possible Treatment options
Hi,I am a 30 year old male recently diagnosed with Meatal stenosis. I had reached a stage where I was not able to urinate, I have gone through a surgery(Meatoplasty) last month. My urine flow has improved post surgery , as recommended by my urologist I am doing Meatal dilation at home twice daily. My urologist has suggested to continue Meatal dilation for 3 months and to check the status of narrowing after 3 months.
Could someone please guide me if there is an alternate homeopathy treatment other than going through the surgery again. My urologist did say that the stricture might return, so as time permits , I would like to try another option which is more like permanent resolution rather than a temporary fix. I am not married yet, need to work on my treatment before it comes back. Thank You in advance for any help/guidance you would be able to provide.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take a dose of Petroleum 200 every week for 3 months. You will be taking 4-5 doses in a month. 12-15 doses over 3 months.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Hi,
Thanks for your suggestion. I did not find 200 potency petroleum nearby. Can I take low potency petroleum..like 30 or 60? If yes, could you please guide me with the dosage.
Need one more help pls : My foreskin use to retract till last year. But prior to stricture problem, my foreskin seems to be attached to the underside I.e. Glans. Is there a non-surgical treatment to detach the foreskin from glans?

Please take Sabina 30 every alternate day for 30 days. This is for foreskin retraction.
You may take Petroleum 30 instead of 200.
You may take Petroleum 30 instead of 200.
