Fear of making mistakes

I have severe problem. Whenever i speak anything or do any work in the presence of anybody. Then i think he/she will definitely say me that i am speaking wrong or doing wrong. I think anything i say or do is totally wrong.
Please start my treatment as i am very upset with this problem. Is this any disease? If yes then please tell me what is its name?

Dear Bill,

This is most probably from something that happened
to you in the past. Someone was too critical of
you or shamed you.

You might not even remember this happening if
you were a young child, but people react to
this by becoming afraid to do anything bc your
sub conscious mind remembers what happened and
thinks it will go on again.

The Bach flowers usually let you do things without
feeling the anxiety, and after enough time, your
mind and body get used to doing things without
worrying and this is like old programming
erased bc of new positive experiences.
