Need Help form Doctor (Sugar caused impotence)

dear doctor I am from Pakistan I am 41 years old .I am diabetic since 2011. I m facing sexual problem one lack of erection and if erection occurs then early ejaculation ( impotence ) can I use damiana pentarkan ptk 40 or damiaplant or both
need help from dr.mehfooz for any other doctor

What is your A1C and fasting sugar and how are you controlling it.

thanks for reply My sugar level has remained low or high my fasting sugar is between 180 to 250 . some time its go low (140) some time high (300). I am using treviamet 50mg+1000mg tab. for controlling my sugar .i am overweight ( 100 kg with 6ft hight ). sorry my English is not good but I think you will understand

Your sugar is not low, its excessively high. Are you seeing a specialist (endocrinologist), if not, immediately see one.

Sustained high sugar can cause irreversible kidney damage, blindness.

Your sex problem is due to high sugar and your nerves getting damaged.

Its not as simple. There are other things that need to be done first e.g. your weight, sugar etc. How are you going to do that.

Without the basics in place, I seriously doubt that anyone with the knowledge of homeopathy will prescribe.
