Sir i taken the medicine,the hydrocele is as it is, increased in size as double compare to intial condition....
These medicines makes lots of acidity...lower abdomen pains alot.......
I m suffering from mental pressure....infact i cant concentrate on my studies......please suggest me what i will do now...

please take ACE PROXYVON (allopathic tablets)

1 tab in the morninG for 5 days,

stop taking biochemic salts,

take PULSATILLA 10M, 2 DOSE, morning and evening, not daily, update after 10 days.

Sir i taken ace proxyvon for my abdominal pain....pain decreases but still have some pain....and there is only pain while sleeping...otherwise everything is good....and there was some lower back pain yesterday.......so what i will do now??

take APIS MELLIFICA 30c liquid, 2 drops in a tablespoon water, 3 times a day for 2 days,

{if buying pills then 3 pills, 3 times 2 days, chew it, do not swallow with water}

after taking apis as told,

buy VRIDHIVADHIKA VATI (baidnath or baba ramdev brand),
tale 1 tablet with morning meal and 1 tablet with evening meal DAILY

no nothing serious, if nothing works than you go for minor hydrocele surgery, it is very common and risk free.

yes sometimes it is associated with hydrocele, also indigestion gas and constipation can be the cause.
