Insect bite (most likely) severe bruise on knee - 72 years old
Hello Experts,My father has a bruised knee. He saw a tiny grain sized skin eruption on his knee, Thinks that this may have been a insect bite and ended up scratching it. This aggravated the situation and he left with bruised knee. There was a lot of swelling that has mostly subsided after he was administered with antibiotics. The wound has not healed completely and he is unable to walk properly. There is some pain. He is 72 years old. Please see pictures attached. I was inclined to try Ledum or Apis, but would like to get expert suggestions to see what might help him heal his wound. His sugar levels are normal. Please suggest.
