Thanks, I'll do so and I'll report.

Dear Simone,

I haven't taken the Sulphur yet. I must admit, the last time I got Sulphur from the naturopath around ten days ago, it was like a horror-trip because it made all symptoms worse. It was in a low potency though, 6d.

I feel I need courage and a break from taking something. At the moment, the symptoms have slightly improved. The pain and burning is almost exclusively in the feet and lower legs. There is hardly any pain in the rest of my body except a little burning sensation around the neck and on my head and now and then in some body parts.

What do you think about a break of a few days? Then I'll take the Sulphur 30c and report.

Bye for now, best regards
Cornelia
PS: I have watched Dr. Roscenwaig's detox video, but his course is simply too expensive for me at the moment.

Yes, I agree with you. I just was not sure
what remedies that you had were
"real".

Sulphur 6d 10 days ago, may have been
correct, bc you had an aggravation,
and now things are improving. When things are improving you take nothing-
and wait to see how long the remedy acts
until you relapse.

See how it goes and report back in
a few days what the status is.

I was not saying to take his course, just read the partial pdf to get an understanding
of the body mechanics-bc people advising "detox" seem to have no understanding
of how the body really works. I don't think you need detox- just the right remedy/remedies in minimum dose, done according to homeopathic principles.

Best,

Simone

I appreciate your kindness and your caring way so much!

Thanks a lot. I'll get in touch with you before taking Sulphur.

You are welcome. Please don't take anything unless
we discuss bc I think a big part of this is being
overdosed with multiple things from the other person.

... one strange thing I noticed 2 days ago:

My feet were totally swollen and thick and just around 5cm above the ankles - where the socks ended - was a really deep dent around the leg, even though the socks had no elastic band. That was a weird sensation, like an edema...

Just to let you know.

Is it still there?

Have you ever had that before?

What is your height and weight?

Do you like salt?

Do you pay attention to how much salt you take in per day?

Hi,

No, my feet are not swollen any more. However, there is always a slight dent left by my socks.

1 am 1.67m tall and weigh appr 60 kg.

Yes, I do like salt, and always have. As I said I was given nat.mur (or nat.chlor.) in a 50000 potency in autumn. No, I don't pay really attention to how much salt I eat, but as we cook everything fresh and don't consume convenience products, our salt consume is rather low.

Today, there is a tiny spot if rash around my mouth and I have a headache. Overall, the symptoms are more itching than burning or stinging today.

I wish I was well again soon...

Take care

Have you ever had the swelling before or dent?

Have you ever had the spot or rash around mouth before?

-----------------------------

Good you cook fresh and at home. One tsp. of salt is
adequate for a healthy adult. For myself I do the same,
but I do buy organic soups, tomato sauce etc which
are loaded with salt and I had to start looking at
labels and remember that the amount listed is PER
serving- and the serving size was small. I could
tell that I was getting fluid build up. Now I do
not go beyond that tsp a day and don't have that problem.

______________SALT____________________________

The recommended amount of sodium that you should consume in a day depends on your age. Children ages 2 to 3 need 1,000 mg of sodium a day. That amount increases to 1,200 mg a day from ages 4 to 8 and 1,500 mg from 9 to 18. Adults need 2,300 mg of sodium a day, which is equal to about a teaspoon of salt.

Yes, I did have the swelling / dents occasionally before.

I had a similar rash in the face when I had shingles around the neck.

Thanks for the input with salt. I'll take care.

Kind regards,
Cornelia

Hi-

If you had those symptoms in the past -- the remedy
could be making them appear and then leave-
that is what you want to happen. Keep updating.

Best,

Hi Simone,

I have observed now and not taken anything and not changed anything and now I'd like to report.

Today, everything is worse for no obvious reason: itching and burning in the whole body, from the toes to the scalp including the tongue. But the itching ON the skin is worse, f.e. My eyes and nose burn and tears burn as well on the skin.

There were days when I had almost no symptoms at all - and I cheered up. But then everything started again. And I don't know the reason: no change in nutrition, no change in anything else.

I don't believe in the theory of a mutated virus any more. Could this be? Even though I have a rash around my mouth since 2 days again (which was also completely gone), The rash is exactly in the same place where the Herpes simplex was after the tooth was pulled out in January. But it doesn't look like Herpes. It is red and rough first, then it gets very dry and rougher and then disappears slowly. It is very itchy.

I have the idea now that it could be more of an allergic reaction. Could an antibiotic cause such a thing?

I don't feel like taking sulfur 30c at the moment out of fear of aggravating the whole situation as sulfur 6d seemed to do.

Emotion-wise, the fear is getting less, the panic also, but a depression seems to be coming on with a lot of sadness and tears. I can't imagne going back to teaching or any other job in this state of health and mind. This feels hopeless.

I had my B12-level and arthritis and rheumatism etc examined. All's well...
There is still one result missing, the hormones are being examined as well.

What is your opinion?

Thank you so much for your care.
Here it is getting spring now and I would love to be well.

Kindest regards,
Cornelia

Hi Simone,
one more thing I would like to tell you:
as I am a therapist myself, from time to time I attend supervision classes.

The thing that popped up last week was my sexual abuse by my step-grandfather when I was around 4 yrs for I don't know how many years, but not longer than until I was 11 yrs. The sexual abuse my husband did to me in 2007/8 and the deadly fear my grandmother caused in me when I was little by frightening me in disguise as the devil behind our cellar door or the evil wolf that ran after me or the telling about Saint Lucia who cuts up the bellies of "bad children" at night (12 Dec) and puts stones in them so that they die.

Maybe this is another clue for a further treatment?

Kind regards,
Cornelia

Hi,

I think it would be wise to first check what is going on physically.

If you took the antibiotics and have not had any since? It would
not be from antibiotics. What it could be is that there is still inflammation in the jaw- gum,
or something else going on with another tooth.

I would go back to the dentist and see. And I would get a CBC, complete
blood count to see if your white count is high.

Your body can be fighting hidden infection. When that happens your
energy gets too low, thus the rash, and depression also.

I have had this happen to people I know, and they were ready to go
get psychiatric drugs- ( wrong path!) when gums and or teeth were
resolved, they had no problem.
